Macro Died

My computer somehow got 13 viruses...I have no idea how. Tragically, I had to get my computer reformatted and I lost all my files. I kept some in a USB drive, but I lost flash 8. The original place where I download it is messed up. It used to only take 20 minutes to open and now it supposedly takes 9 days (couple hours later, it fails and nothing happens) So flash is dead...I never even got to get good at it.
